As the Senior DevOps & Automation Engineer you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the engineering ecosystem that supports the full product lifecycle.
You will play a critical role in improving development frameworks automating processes establishing best-practice requirements management principles and ensuring seamless integration across engineering tools and is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and strategic aspects of engineering systems and software delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the optimisation and standardisation of Requirements Management processes across engineering programmes.
- Establish and maintain traceability between requirements design implementation testing and verification activities.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related DevOps technologies.
- Support the implementation of Agile and DevOps methodologies across engineering teams.
- Configure integrate and maintain development tools including Jira Bitbucket Artifactory and related platforms.
- Develop automation scripts to improve workflow efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Manage build environments deployment processes and software release activities.
- Design engineering dashboards and reporting solutions to provide project and operational insights.
- Support cloud-based infrastructure deployments and containerised environments.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to cybersecurity compliance and secure development practices.
