Were looking for a sharp hands-on Senior Desktop Support Technician who thrives on solving problems and keeping operations online in a busy catering environment.
What youll do:
Own desktop & laptop support diagnose repair and get users back online fast
Look after servers clone hard drives and re-install operating systems
Support Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams Rooms
Run the ticketing system and keep security tight
Use intermediate Excel and light scripting to make life easier
What you bring:
35 years solid senior desktop / IT support experience
Hands-on hardware skills (laptops PCs drive cloning)
Microsoft 365 Teams Rooms experience
Ticketing system & basic security management know-how
Programming / scripting knowledge (PowerShell or similar)
