Job Level: Senior Security Engineer (L3)

Job Purpose

The Senior Cloud Security Engineer will be responsible for providing technical leadership across Azure cloud security operations governance monitoring incident response and cloud security architecture.

The role will act as the subject matter expert for cloud security technologies and will be responsible for driving security maturity automation compliance and continuous improvement programmes.

Additional Responsibilities

In addition to L2 responsibilities:

• Lead Azure security projects and initiatives.
• Design and implement cloud security controls.
• Drive Zero Trust adoption.
• Develop cloud security standards and governance frameworks.
• Lead security investigations and major incidents.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Develop cloud security automation and remediation workflows.
• Lead compliance reviews and security assessments.
• Work directly with business leaders and stakeholders.

Experience

• 610 years Information Security experience.
• 4 years dedicated Cloud Security experience.
• Proven experience securing enterprise Azure environments.
• Strong security architecture experience.

Certifications Preferred

• AZ-500
• SC-100
• SC-200
• SC-300
• CISSP
• CCSP
