Requirements
- Previous experience as a Senior Chef de Partie within a luxury hotel lodge or 5-star environment
- Relevant culinary qualification
- Strong knowledge of food preparation presentation and kitchen operations
- Excellent understanding of food hygiene and health and safety standards
- Ability to maintain consistent quality and presentation
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team
