- Lead the implementation and improvement of requirements management practices across engineering projects.
- Establish and maintain requirement traceability from concept through verification and validation.
- Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins Bitbucket Artifactory and related DevOps tooling.
- Drive Agile and DevOps adoption across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Configure and manage development infrastructure user authentication systems and deployment environments.
- Design dashboards and reporting solutions to monitor engineering performance and project metrics.
- Support cloud-based infrastructure deployments and containerized environments.
- Maintain legacy development tools and facilitate migration to modern platforms.
- Contribute to cybersecurity compliance and secure development practices.
- BEng Electronic Engineering Computer Engineering Computer Science or equivalent.
- Honours or Masters degree advantageous.
- 8-10 years in software systems or product development environments.
- Strong experience in Requirements Management and DevOps.
- Experience with safety-critical or regulated industries highly advantageous.
