Senior Associate VP Investment Banking

A leading investment advisory firm is seeking an experienced Senior Associate / VP to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior investment banking professional to lead complex M&A and equity financing transactions mentor junior team members and work on high-profile transactions across Africa and international markets.

Experience Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance Accounting Economics or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years overall working experience including at least 6 years in investment banking
• Proven experience leading M&A equity financing IPOs private placements and cross-border transactions
• Strong financial modelling valuation and financial analysis skills
• Experience managing and mentoring junior team members
• Excellent client relationship management negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Strong understanding of corporate finance transaction execution and commercial legislation
• Exceptional analytical skills attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
