About the Role

Were looking for an experienced Senior Associate Transaction Advisory (Financial Due Diligence / QoE) to join our growing Transaction Advisory this role youll work closely with private equity firms strategic buyers founders and advisors on live M&A transactions providing high-quality financial due diligence and Quality of Earnings (QoE) analyses that support critical investment decisions.

This is a highly technical hands-on role focused on applying strong accounting principles within a transaction advisory environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience performing Financial Due Diligence preparing Quality of Earnings reports and translating complex financial information into clear actionable insights.

What Youll Do
  • Perform buy-side and sell-side Financial Due Diligence engagements
  • Prepare and analyze Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports
  • Evaluate EBITDA normalization adjustments revenue recognition profitability and cash flow
  • Analyze Net Working Capital debt-like items and key transaction risks
  • Review historical financial statements forecasts budgets and operational KPIs
  • Apply U.S. GAAP and accounting principles to assess financial performance and identify transaction-related risks
  • Prepare clear investor-ready due diligence reports and presentations
  • Participate in management meetings and client discussions to gather information and explain financial findings
  • Support multiple live transactions while meeting tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle

What Were Looking For
  • 5 years of Financial Due Diligence or Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) experience
  • Strong hands-on experience preparing and analyzing Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports
  • Demonstrated experience with:
    • EBITDA normalization
    • Revenue recognition
    • Net Working Capital analysis
    • Debt-like items
    • Cash flow analysis
    • Financial statement analysis
  • Experience supporting both buy-side and/or sell-side M&A transactions
  • CPA or equivalent professional accounting designation (e.g. CA(SA) ACA)
  • Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and its application in Financial Due Diligence
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and strong financial modeling capabilities
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to explain accounting concepts and financial findings clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced transaction environment with multiple concurrent engagements

Nice to Have
  • Big 4 or national Transaction Advisory / Deals Advisory experience
  • Experience working with private equity firms or strategic buyers
  • Exposure to multiple industries
  • Cross-border transaction experience
  • Experience presenting Quality of Earnings findings directly to clients
