Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Administrator - Property to join their Summerstrand Port Elizabeth team
- Provide senior-level administrative support to management and operational teams
- Manage and maintain company records databases and filing systems
- Prepare correspondence reports presentations and other business documentation
- Ensure all documentation is accurately completed filed and readily accessible
- Monitor and update administrative procedures and processes
- Assist with lease administration and tenant documentation
- Coordinate maintenance requests and service provider activities
- Maintain property-related records and compliance documentation
- Liaise with tenants landlords contractors and property managers
- Monitor contract and lease renewal dates
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients suppliers and service providers
- Compile and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Relevant qualification in Business Administration Office Management Management Property Management or a related field will be advantageous
- Minimum 5 years administrative experience in a senior administrative role
- Experience coordinating multiple administrative functions simultaneously
- Previous property industry experience will be advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook and PowerPoint)
- Valid drivers licence and own transport
Required Skills:
