A well-established company is looking for a Senior Accountant to be part of their this role you will report to the Financial Controller and will play a pivotal role in managing financial processes overseeing team outputs and supporting strategic decision-making. Job Description:
This position involves:
- Leading and overseeing all work of the accountant and assistant accountant
- Ensuring all suppliers are paid in line with the credit terms
- Managing and planning cash flow across multiple entities
- Ensuring compliance with payment terms
- Preparing annual budgets including CAPEX and IT budgets
- Supporting business planning and financial forecasting
- Reviewing tax submissions and provisional tax calculations
Skills & Experience:
- 3years commercial experience
- Exposure to ERP systems
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivots V-LOOKUPS etc)
- Own vehicle and drivers license (non-negotiable)
Qualification:
- Accounting (or similar)
- Newly qualified CA (SA) OR Completed SAICA Articles Honours
