Job Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Valid drivers licence
- Proven experience as a Selling Sales Manager Assistant Sales Manager or Senior Vehicle Sales Executive with leadership responsibilities within a motor dealership
- Strong experience retailing new vehicles within a franchised dealership environment
- Experience managing a well-known volume brand will be highly advantageous
- Outstanding track record of consistently achieving sales and profitability targets
- Strong leadership coaching and team development skills
- Excellent business acumen and financial understanding
- Exceptional communication negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and manufacturer standards
- Experience using Dealership Management Systems (DMS)
- Clear criminal record and sober habits
