Job Summary
Our Client Based in Johannesburg is looking for a Scrum Master to join their team. 12-month contract renewable.
- Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Scrum Master certification (e.g. CSM PSM I); SAFe or Kanban certifications are highly advantageous.
- 3 years of experience playing the Scrum Master role within a software development or IT delivery environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile methodologies frameworks and tracking tools (Jira/Confluence).
- Proven track record in stakeholder management conflict resolution and collaborative decision-making.
- Exceptional communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Insurance Industry experience is preferable.
