Work Readiness Program for STEM Graduates LIVING WITH DISABILITIES.
Are you a recent graduate in Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and passionate about powering the future Join our 3-month Work Readiness Program designed to prepare talented graduates for exciting opportunities in electricity and energy industry.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
- Postgraduate Degree or Diploma (NQF Level 85) in a STEM-related field
- South African citizen LIVING WITH A DISABILITY
- Recently graduated or final year student with minimal or no work experience
- Strong interest in the energy/electricity industry
- Committed to completing the full duration of the program
Program Features:
- Duration: 3 Months
- Monthly stipend of R3800
- Exposure to real challenges in the energy/electricity sector
- Mentorship from experienced professionals
- Top performers may be considered for internship placement after completion
