Were looking for a Scheduler to join our team in Technopark Stellenbosch. Supporting audit and certification activities across Africa youll help coordinate audit schedules between clients and auditors ensuring activities are planned efficiently and delivered within required timeframes while providing an excellent customer experience.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in scheduling workforce planning resource coordination logistics planning field service coordination diary management or similar operational environments. Youll join a collaborative team supporting clients and auditors across Africa where strong organisation communication and problem-solving skills are key to success.
This is a hybrid role based in Stellenbosch. Due to the requirement to work from the office three days per week following completion of training applicants should reside within a practical commuting distance of Stellenbosch ideally within a 40km radius.

Responsibilities
Including but not limited to:
Coordinating audit and assessment schedules across Africa
Liaising with clients and auditors to arrange and confirm audit activities
Supporting the planning and coordination of auditor schedules and diaries
Supporting the allocation of appropriately qualified auditors to audit activities
Managing scheduling conflicts changes and operational challenges
Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements where required
Ensuring audits are scheduled within required timelines and audit windows
Maintaining accurate records and data within internal systems
Supporting operational reporting and administrative activities
Delivering a high standard of customer service through clear and professional communication
Working collaboratively with colleagues to support the successful delivery of services
Qualifications
- Previous experience in scheduling planning resource coordination logistics or a customer-facing operational environment.
- Experience coordinating field-based employees engineers technicians auditors inspectors or other mobile resources would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications particularly Excel
- A collaborative approach and positive can-do attitude
