Summary
The Associate will support Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and AI-enabled contracting engagements byassistingwith current-state documentation functional analysis technology evaluation and CLM configuration activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to leading CLMplatformsAI use cases in contracting and implementation and delivery.
Key responsibilities
Assistin configuration of CLM tools including structuring and configuration of Contract templates and clause libraries; Metadata models and contract attributes; Workflows approvals and notifications
Assistin building functional prototypes of common CLM solutions
Support system testing defect tracking and UAT activities
Gather and structure the AI rules examples and language teams rely on.
Draft clear problem statements and use cases that the respective AI tool support.
Help design and refine the user experience; test with real examples and iterate.
Create guides FAQs and short videos so people can selfserve with confidence.
Define requirements and work with engineers to connect solutions to the clients existing tools when needed.
Experience & skills
Business Analysis CLM Technology Consulting
Foundational understanding of contracting and CLM concepts
Exposure to at least one CLM platform preferred (e.g.Agiloft)
Proficiencyin Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint; Visio preferred)
Entry-level or in-progress accreditation in any of the leading CLM platforms (preferred)
Awareness of AI capabilities in CLM tools and contracting use cases (preferred)
Strong analytical documentation and communication skills
