• Understanding of Incident Change and Problem Management processes.
  
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  

• 1-3 years SAP Basis experience.
  
• Relevant IT Degree Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  
• SAP Certification advantageous.
