Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Execute training programs for new hires as well as the existing sales force with the aim to boost sales performance and improve process execution.
- Content development
- Conduct training needs analysis
- Create and monitor assessment tools
- Create training reports
- Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches techniques and making support readily available.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements:

- Training or Teaching qualification beneficial
- Minimum 3 years experience in the telecommunications industry including experience in selling and training products and or services
- Experience in SaaS product training and enablement advantegous
