Sales Supervisor Guess Highveld

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving daily weekly and monthly sales targets and KPIs
  
• Supervise staff during shifts ensuring productivity and accountability.
  
• Ensure all staff adhere to customer service standards and company values
  
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies
  
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing procedures
  
• Ensure all cash handling banking and procedures are followed accurately
  
• Drive Upselling cross-selling and product knowledge to maximize revenue
  
• Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning when required
  

QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 3 years retail experience (essential)
  
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience (advantageous)
  
• Strong sales and customer service orientation
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong problem-solving ability and decision-making skills
  
• High level of energy confidence and initiative
  
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple skills
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  
• Basic computer literacy
