Sales Service Representative

Where Youll Make a Difference

Manage day-to-day customer and sales service activities for customers and Account Managers across the Sub-Saharan Africa region.

Coordinate product sampling activities including processing sample requests and arranging sample shipments.

Generate quotations and manage customer requests in a timely and professional manner.

Manage customer documentation and questionnaires including Product Data Sheets (PDS) Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) Kosher and Halaal documentation.

Maintain projects pricing information and New Product Introductions (NPIs).

Maintain and update customer master data within IFF systems ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.

Liaise with internal departments to provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers and Account Managers.

Act as a key contact for customer requests and administrative activities during Account Executive absence or travel.

Deliver an excellent customer experience while meeting service standards and deadlines.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Grade 12 / Matric or equivalent qualification.

Experience in sales coordination customer service or commercial administration.

Demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability from request initiation through to completion.

Ability to work independently while maintaining excellent collaboration across teams.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across different teams and functions.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders across different functions.

Excellent organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Strong problem-solving skills initiative and ability to work within established guidelines.

Very strong project management skills.

How Would You Stand Out

Computer literacy and strong ability to work across Microsoft Excel

Experience working with a sales team in a multinational and fast-paced environment.

Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office applications.
