Job Summary
A well-established logistics and packaging company is looking for an experienced Sales Representative / Business Development Consultant to join their growing team in Johannesburg or in Durban.
About the role
This position is suited to a driven and results-oriented sales professional with strong business development experience. The role will involve a variety of responsibilities including but not limited to:
Generating new business opportunities within the logistics and packaging sectors
Conducting cold calling and canvassing activities to secure new clients
Building managing and maintaining strong client relationships
Converting prospective clients into active business accounts
Managing client engagement and follow-up processes
Driving revenue growth across multiple business divisions
Travelling to meet clients when required
Working with an existing database of potential clients while actively sourcing new opportunities
Requirements:
Valid Drivers License and Own Vehicle
Proven External Sales and Business Development Experience
Experience within Logistics Transport Clearing & Forwarding Packaging or Related Industries
Self-Motivated and Results-Driven
