Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-focused Business Development Consultant to grow sales within the salon and professional beauty channel. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing strong B2B relationships driving revenue growth and executing strategic sales initiatives within the hair beauty and skin care industry.Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth across salon and professional business channels
- Identify develop and manage new and existing client relationships
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and implement customer business plans
- Accurate sales forecasting based on trends promotions stock holding and performance date.
- Communicate price increases effectively to clients and ensure adoption
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Deliver product knowledge and business education to clients
- Maintain strong pipeline management and consistent client engagement
Minimum Requirements
- 25 years experience in business development or sales
- Experience selling to salons retailers or business clients (B2B)
- Strong forecasting planning and sales reporting skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage deadlines targets and multiple accounts
- MS Office proficiency
- Qualification in Business Sales or related field (advantageous)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong self-management skills
Advantageous Experience
- Salon hair care skin care or health & beauty industry experience
- Proven track record of sales growth and account expansion
- Experience in trade marketing or promotional planning
