Job Summary

A well-established industrial and engineering services company is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to support and grow its customer base within the manufacturing and production sectors. The role requires a strong technical foundation the ability to understand engineering requirements and a customer-focused approach to delivering effective solutions. The successful candidate will act as a key link between customers production and operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Provide technical sales support to clients within the steel engineering manufacturing and printing industries
• Interpret and understand technical drawings specifications and customer requirements
• Prepare quotations and follow up on orders to ensure successful conversion
• Liaise closely with production warehouse and operations teams to ensure accurate order execution
• Deliver a high level of customer service and after-sales support
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to sales growth
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation

Skills & Requirements

• Proven technical sales experience within an industrial environment
• Background or exposure to the steel industry (essential)
• Experience within the printing industry (advantageous)
• Engineering or manufacturing background
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated target-driven and able to work independently
• Valid drivers license and own reliable transport
