Our client is looking to employ a Sales Order Management Specialist based in Pinelands.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

• Manage and process sales orders across multiple sales channels such as B2B Website & Telesales Team
• Allocate stock and accurately invoice customer orders.
• Ensure all invoiced goods are prepared and ready for daily dispatch.
• Support monthly stock take activities.
• Compile and distribute weekly ETA reports.
• Keep internal stakeholders informed of product availability and delivery timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure smooth order fulfilment operations.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• Available to start immediately
• 2 - 3 years experience in a similar environment.
• Dedicated and passionate about Service and Technology
• Computer literate on MS Word and Excel
• Able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
• Building effective people relationship skills
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
