Job Summary

Engagement: Full-Time Independent ContractorLocation: Remote South Africa
Working Hours: 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET)
Compensation: $1500$1600 Base Commission (OTE $2500$3000/month)

While the legal sector remains the primary market the company is expanding into other SMB industries such as restoration HVAC construction and franchise businesses.
The product and service delivery are already proven. The current focus is scaling outbound sales pipeline generation.
The Role
We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) whose primary responsibility is outbound cold calling to book qualified meetings.This is a phone-heavy role. You will work from high-quality prospect lists and targeted data to contact business owners and decision-makers.
Your job is to introduce the companys services generate interest and book meetings for the sales team to close.
You will not be responsible for closing deals running demos or managing accounts. Your success is measured by consistent outbound activity and meetings booked.
Candidates must be comfortable making 80120 outbound calls per day.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling (Primary Focus)
- Make high-volume outbound calls daily using targeted prospect lists
- Contact law firms and small business owners
- Speak directly with decision-makers such as founders partners and managing attorneys
- Deliver a clear and concise value proposition
- Handle basic objections and secure meetings
Meeting Generation
- Book qualified introductory meetings for the sales team
- Ensure meetings are scheduled with the appropriate decision-makers
- Maintain an organized pipeline of booked meetings
Follow-Up
- Conduct structured follow-up with interested prospects
- Maintain consistent outreach cadence
- Track activity and meeting outcomes
Team Communication
- Communicate actively with the team via Slack
- Participate in regular check-ins
- Collaborate on messaging and outreach improvements
Expected Activity
Successful SDRs typically:- Make 80120 outbound calls per day
- Work consistently from targeted prospect lists
- Book 510 qualified meetings per week
Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:- Has experience as an SDR appointment setter or outbound cold caller
- Is comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls
- Speaks excellent English with a neutral or North American-friendly accent
- Communicates confidently with business owners and professionals
- Is resilient and comfortable handling rejection
- Is motivated by performance-based compensation
Bonus Experience
- Selling SEO or digital marketing services
- Selling agency services
- Selling into law firms or professional services
What Success Looks Like
Within the first 3090 days successful SDRs will:- Maintain consistent daily outbound call activity
- Book meetings every week
- Generate opportunities that convert into 12 new clients per month
Compensation
Base Salary:$1500$1600 per month
Commission:
20% of first-year revenue on deals sourced by you and closed by the sales team
On-Target Earnings:
$2500$3000 per month depending on performance
There is strong alignment between performance meetings generated and earnings.
