Job Description:
- Provide expert technical support on heat pump applications
- Handle inbound technical enquiries and advise clients on the best solutions
- Identify and implement marketing initiatives
- Assess applications and specify the correct product requirements
- Work closely with customers to ensure the right technical solution is delivered
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 24 years experience within the plumbing industry specifically involving pumps
- Strong technical knowledge of residential commercial and industrial heat pumps
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
- A self-motivated solutions-driven approach
Qualification:
- Trade test/ NDip and BTech in Electrical or Mechanical
Only South African Residents or individuals with a relevant South African work permit will be considered.
