Job Summary

This role is responsible for assisting the Sales Representatives with sales administrative tasks and to assist the sales teams / commercial department to operate efficiently and effectively.


Required Skills:

Responsibilities

  • Attend to sales orders and blanket agreements for allocated customers/segments
  • Responsible for the loading of new products on customer profiles

  • Assist with price change requests and associated approvals

  • Responsible for follow ups on sales orders and attending to any queries
  • Ensure relevant confirmations of all SO / PO with customers
  • Responsible for the updating of blanket agreements and planning according to orders
  • Updating MRP planning based on stakeholder feedback
  • Responsible for the drafting sales orders and the management thereof
  • Ensure relevant communication to all stakeholders with regards to sales orders deliveries etc
  • Ensure price and customer data integrity management
  • Ensure that all sales orders are loaded to optimize efficiency and effectiveness of transport vehicles
  • Capturing of data on relevant portals and updating of internal documentation
  • Responsible for monthly price notifications to all stakeholders
  • Follow up on credit applications credit increase requests and associated documentation
  • Responsible for creating all price quotations as requested
  • Ensure that all portal orders are regularly reviewed for relevant segments
  • Receiving and distributing of all related and essential documentation to all stakeholders

  • Participate in safety forums and attend relevant training/programmes
  • Report all safety incidents to the relevant people
  • Comply with safety policies and procedures
  • Wear protective clothing (where applicable) at all times
