Duties & Responsibilities

Our client a growing organisation within the commercial asset finance industry is looking for a highly organised Sales Administrator to join their dynamic sales team.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple transactions simultaneously and ensuring every deal progresses smoothly from enquiry to payout.

Key Responsibilities

Convert and follow up on inbound sales enquiries
Prepare compile and track finance application documentation
Monitor transactions from initial enquiry through to final payout
Liaise with brokers clients suppliers and internal teams to ensure seamless deal progression
Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipeline reports
Coordinate onboarding documentation and compliance requirements
Follow up on outstanding documentation and approval conditions
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the funding process
Prepare sales reports and assist with general sales administration
Ensure all documentation is accurate compliant and submitted within required timeframes

Minimum Requirements

Matric (Grade 12)
13 years experience in Sales Administration Financial Administration or a similar role
Experience within Commercial Asset Finance Equipment Finance Vehicle Finance Banking Financial Services Insurance Lending or Credit environments will be highly advantageous
Experience working with brokers commercial clients or financial applications is beneficial
Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel
Experience using Zoho CRM or a similar CRM system
Excellent organisational and administrative skills
Strong communication and relationship management abilities
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a high-volume environment
