Job Summary
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Sales Administration Supervisor/Manager to oversee the Sales Administration function within a dynamic industrial environment. This leadership role is responsible for managing the sales administration team ensuring accurate order processing maintaining inventory integrity producing meaningful sales reports and supporting both customers and the sales team. The successful candidate will combine strong people management skills with solid inventory control and reporting expertise to drive operational excellence across the department.
- Matric (Grade 12) is essential; a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration Sales Management Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field will be advantageous
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Administration with at least 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity
- Proven experience managing administrative teams performance productivity and staff development
- Strong inventory management stock control and stock reconciliation experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse data and produce accurate management reports
- Experience working on ERP systems inventory management software and CRM platforms
- Strong customer service problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities improve processes and drive operational efficiencies in a fast-paced environment
