Job Summary
Duties & Responsibilities
- Clean roofs gutters downpipes and rainwater management systems.
- Remove leaves branches fruit and other organic debris from roof surfaces.
- Clean sanitize and safely remove wildlife contamination where required.
- Assist with routine roof inspections and identify maintenance concerns.
- Report defects damage leaks and safety hazards to the Engineering team.
- Support roof repair waterproofing and preventative maintenance activities.
- Ensure roof access points and work areas are maintained in a safe condition.
- Use ladders access equipment and personal protective equipment correctly.
- Adhere to all working-at-height procedures safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain good housekeeping standards in all assigned areas.
