- Monitor and analyse network performance to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Assist with network planning optimisation and wireless infrastructure enhancements.
- Troubleshoot RF and network-related issues to maintain service quality and reliability.
- Provide technical support and guidance to field technicians and installation teams.
- Assist with customer-impacting escalations and fault resolution.
- Configure and maintain network equipment according to operational requirements.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to implement network improvements and changes.
- Perform RF analysis optimisation and root-cause troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and network records.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
- Participate in standby and after-hours support when required.
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- Relevant qualification in Telecommunications Networking Electronic Engineering IT or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience within a wireless ISP telecommunications RF engineering NOC or network operations environment.
- Proven experience working with PtP and PtMP wireless infrastructure.
- Strong experience in RF analysis optimisation and troubleshooting.
- Experience supporting field technicians and installation teams.
- Strong understanding of RF principles and wireless networking technologies.
- Knowledge of frequency planning and spectrum management.
- Understanding of wireless network design and optimisation principles.
- Experience with network monitoring and diagnostic tools.
- Solid understanding of routing switching and TCP/IP fundamentals.
- Ability to interpret signal metrics and network performance data.
