To provide administrative and operational support to the Reward function ensuring accurate processing coordination and documentation of reward activities.
- Provide reward administrative support.
- Assist with STI and LTI administration and documentation.
- Support salary calculationsand prepare basic costings.
- Coordinate and submit salary survey data ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Prepare standard reports.
- Support reward governance processes including filing audit trails and approval documentation.
- Liaise with HR Finance payroll and external vendors as required.
- Respond to routine reward-related queriesand escalate issues where needed.
- Provide general administrative supportduring peak reward cycles.
Three year Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Business Administration Finance Economics or a related field.
- Experience in HR or reward administration.
- Strong attention to detailand numerical accuracy.
- Good Exceland data-processing skills.
- Ability to work with confidential information.
- Organised deadline-driven and comfortable with repetitive administrative tasks.
