Retail Store Supervisor

Are you a passionate retail professional with strong leadership skills and a customer first mindset Our client is seeking a dynamic and hands on Store Supervisor to support the daily operations of a busy retail store and help drive sales performance team success and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager with daily store operations
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
• Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries
• Assist with staff supervision training and scheduling
• Monitor stock levels merchandising and inventory control
• Handle cash ups banking and administrative duties
• Ensure store presentation and operational standards are maintained
• Act as Store Manager in the absence of the Store Manager

Personal Attributes:

• Matric / Grade 12
• Previous retail supervisory or assistant management experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Sales driven with a customer focused attitude
• Ability to work retail hours weekends and public holidays
• Good organisational and problem solving skills
• Computer literacy and experience with retail systems advantageous
