Working Hours:9:30am 4:30pm EST

Salary: R15000 -R20000 Per Month

Our client is a fast-growing pet brand transforming grooming into a positive experience for pets and owners. With strong online traction they are now scaling rapidly into retail across independent stores regional chains and national retailers.

We are seeking a high-performance Retail Sales Executive to drive new retail business development.

This is a pure hunter role focused on opening new accounts building pipeline from scratch and closing deals end-to-end. Not account management.

• Open and close new retail accounts (independent regional national)
• Build pipeline from scratch through proactive outreach
• Pitch and sell value-driven product propositions
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements
• Close deals and onboard new retail partners
• Develop relationships with retail buyers
• Drive consistent revenue growth from new business

Must-Have:

• Proven track record in closing sales (retail or B2B)
• Strong hunter mentality and new business focus
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable managing long sales cycles and rejection
• Highly independent and self-driven

Advantageous:

• FMCG / pet / retail distribution experience
• Existing buyer relationships
• Understanding of retail metrics (margin sell-through velocity)
