Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and facilitate growth initiatives
- Manage product development and oversee point-of-sale operations
- Implement weekly ordering and effectively manage stock levels
- Utilize strong retail management skills ideally with experience overseeing multiple stores
Requirements:
- Over 5 years Retail management experience
- Matric. Other formal qualifications will be advantageous.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of stock control and inventory management systems
