Job Summary
Our client in the Manufacturing industry is looking to appoint two qualified and experienced Resin Plant Operators to join their team based in Durban Kwazulu-Natal.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification.
- Valid Forklift license.
- Expected to undertake all work activities in accordance with the companys health and safety policies.
- The employee is expected to perform any task reasonably requested by any senior member of staff.
- Manufacture resin products in accordance with manufacturing guidelines as set out in batch manufacturing instructions.
- Ensure that manufactured products conform to the specification criteria set out for each product by performing stipulated quality assessments.
- Package and label manufactured products as required.
- Accurately complete the job card for purposes of administration:
- Record all components used in the preparation of product by batch.
- Record process conditions applied during manufacture.
- Record final packaged product yields.
- Deliver manufactured products as prescribed by the production schedule.
- Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure optimal plant performance.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and housekeeping in the manufacturing areas under responsibility.
