Hire Resolves client is urgently seeking the expertise of a Resident Development Manager in Cape Town.
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years experience in high end residential development
- Degree in Property Management Construction Management or similar
- Commercially minded with a strong focus on identifying land and development opportunities
- Experience withcouncil processes proposals pre-groundbreaking requirements zoning etc.
- Ideally come from a Property / Real Estate background
- Permanent role
