If you are confident eloquent friendly outgoing responsible and hardworking and you enjoy speaking to people and achieving sales targets this could be the perfect opportunity for you!ð WHAT YOULL DO
- Promote and sell holiday reservations telephonically.
- Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Promote and sell the resort in a professional engaging and enthusiastic manner.
- Achieve and exceed relevant sales and performance targets.
- Assist and engage with guests to promote the property and its offerings.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the reservation process.
- Previous experience in a reservations or sales environment.
- Working knowledge of Opera / Opera Cloud.
- Knowledge of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) including .
- Knowledge of reservations procedures and SOPs.
- Ability to manage a high volume of outbound calls.
- Strong sales and communication skills.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Eloquent and professional manner.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong desire for self-improvement and career growth.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
