Job Summary
Our client in telecommunications sector is looking for a Requirements Analyst FinTech on a contract duration for 6 months.
Role Purpose
The Requirements Analyst will be responsible for eliciting analysing documenting validating and managing business and system requirements for FinTech products platforms and technology initiatives. The role will work closely with business stakeholders Product Owners Developers Solution Architects QA teams Project/Programme Managers and external technology partners to translate business needs into clear actionable and testable requirements. The successful candidate must have strong FinTech / Financial Services experience with an understanding of areas such as digital banking payments lending cards financial platforms transactional systems APIs and regulatory requirements.Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree / Diploma in:
- Information Technology
- Business Analysis
- Computer Science
- Information Systems
- Finance
- Business Management
or a related field.
- IIBA / CBAP / CCBA certification would be advantageous.
- Agile / Scrum certification would be advantageous.
Required Experience
- 5 years experience as a Requirements Analyst Business Analyst Systems Analyst or similar role.
- 3 years experience within FinTech Banking Payments Financial Services or related environments.
- Proven experience gathering and documenting complex business and system requirements.
- Experience working on digital financial products payment platforms banking systems or transactional solutions.
- Experience working within Agile / Scrum environments.
- Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams.
- Experience with system integration and API-related requirements.
- Experience supporting testing UAT and implementation activities.
- Strong experience with business process modelling and process improvement.
