Bachelors Degree or Diploma in Finance Accounting Economics Business Management or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in Relationship Management Business Banking Commercial Banking or Corporate Banking.
Proven track record in business development and portfolio management.
Strong understanding of credit assessment and financial statement analysis.
Knowledge of banking products lending principles and risk management.
Excellent negotiation networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Valid drivers licence and willingness to travel to client sites where required.
