Introduction
A leading private healthcare facility in Pretoria is seeking an experienced ICU Qualified Registered Nurse to join its Paediatric ICU (PICU) team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality basic and specialised nursing care
- Monitor and manage critically ill paediatric patients
- Administer medication in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Support patient and family communication throughout hospitalisation
- Ensure compliance with clinical infection control and quality standards
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Nursing
- Critical Care qualification/post-basic
- SANC registration
- Minimum 3 years ICU nursing experience
- Paediatric ICU experience advantageous
- Computer proficiency
- Valid drivers licence
