Our client is a leading non-profit organisation in the retirement living and care sector we are seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) to join the care teams across facilities. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people within an organisation known for its holistic dignified approach to care.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver and oversee comprehensive nursing care to residents including medication administration wound care and monitoring of chronic and acute health conditions.
Qualifications & experience:
- Valid registration with SANC as an Enrolled Nurse or Registered Nurse
- Experience in geriatric/frail care or a related nursing environment advantageous
- Strong clinical skills and a genuine passion for working with older persons
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
