Job Summary
Responsibilities:
Provide 1st-line IT Helpdesk troubleshooting (Windows M365 desktops printers mobile connectivity).
Handle user onboarding/offboarding basic workstation setups software installs and asset tracking.
Set up test and troubleshoot meeting technology (Microsoft Teams Rooms AV equipment projectors).
Perform on-site field visits for branch tech rollouts moves and hardware deployments.
Coordinate daily office maintenance contractor activities and facilities services (cleaning pest control generators/UPS).
Assist with OHS compliance audit follow-ups fire/evacuation drills and safety record maintenance.
Serve as local point-of-contact for building security service providers.
Coordinate regional event logistics (venues catering promo materials setup/breakdown).
Maintain marketing asset inventory brochures banners and branded merchandise.
Ensure local alignment with corporate brand standards.
Oversee courier services document preparation and cross-branch material movement.
Support fleet administration (vehicle licensing NATIS documentation service coordination and ad-hoc transport).
Manage purchasing requisitions stationery stock visitor support and general administrative logging.
Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 (Matric) required.
A N or equivalent IT qualification required.
Valid South African Drivers Licence (Required).
Facilities Technical or OHS certifications advantageous.
35 years in a multi-skilled operational support administration or facilities role.
23 years of hands-on IT/desktop/service desk support including M365 and AV/video conferencing tech.
Willingness to travel frequently between regional branches and venues.
Ability to move equipment safely.
Flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend event/project support.
