A leading fashion and retail business is looking for a Regional Sales and Merchandising Manager to drive regional sales performance strengthen store execution and ensure exceptional merchandising standards across multiple locations.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Matric / Grade 12.
Relevant qualification in Retail Management Fashion Business Management Marketing or a related field would be advantageous.
5 years experience in retail management regional management sales or merchandising.
Proven experience managing multiple stores or locations.
Strong understanding of fashion retail sales stock management and visual merchandising.
Experience managing and developing teams.
Strong commercial and analytical skills.
Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven retail environment.
Willingness to travel regularly.
Valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle
