Duties:
- Lead all regional financial reporting and month-end processes
- Manage budgeting forecasting and cash flow planning
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards tax and statutory requirements
- Drive financial controls and continuous process improvement initiatives
- Partner with operational management to support strategic decision-making
- Analyse and interpret financial performance across the region
- Lead mentor and develop the finance team
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiencies
Education and experience:
- BCom Accounting Degree
- Minimum 5 years relevant financial management/accounting experience
- People management experience is essential
- Experience in the manufacturing or automotive sector is essential
