RandD Technologist

A leading food manufacturing company specializing in high-quality FMCG products is seeking an experienced and innovative RandD Technologist to join their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Research design and develop innovative sauce formulations and FMCG food products aligned with market trends and consumer preferences.

• Conduct continuous raw material evaluations sensory testing and shelf-life studies to ensure product quality and stability.

• Optimize existing product recipes to enhance flavor profiles reduce costs and improve manufacturing efficiency.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including production quality assurance and marketing to transition recipes seamlessly from pilot lab scale to full factory production.

• Ensure all new formulations meet strict regulatory standards food safety protocols and client specifications.

Requirements

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Food Science Food Technology or a related field.

• Proven track record and hands-on experience in product formulation specifically within sauces and liquid FMCG categories.

• Strong background in the FMCG food manufacturing industry.

• Solid understanding of food chemistry preservation techniques factory scale-up processes and food safety regulations (HACCP/ISO).

• Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills.
