Our client is a well-established contract packing and food manufacturing business serving leading national and multinational FMCG brands. Specialising in the blending manufacturing and packaging of dry food products they operate within a highly regulated environment focused on food safety quality excellence continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Lead the Quality Assurance and Food Safety function across the business ensuring compliance with FSSC 22000 HACCP GMP and customer requirements. Manage audits CAPAs non-conformances customer complaints and product release processes. Drive continuous improvement reduce waste and quality-related losses support NPD projects lead root-cause investigations and develop a high-performing quality team.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Relevant Degree or Diploma in Food Science Food Technology Microbiology Quality Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years Quality Assurance experience within food manufacturing FMCG contract packing or co-manufacturing environments.
- Strong knowledge of FSSC 22000 HACCP GMP food safety systems audits CAPA non-conformance management and root-cause analysis.
- Proven leadership experience managing Quality teams and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience engaging with customers managing certification audits customer complaints NPD projects and food safety compliance.
