Job Summary
What will you be doing
Gaining practical exposure and experience in our Milling QC/QA processes by doing the following:
Laboratory and Quality Control
Reporting Food safety & quality control deviations.
Testing of raw material in-process and final products prior to approval.
Active participation in INVOCOMS.
Support of the food safety culture plan on site
LIMS capturing and issuing of COAs
Programme information:
Accurate record keeping of your workplace exposure and experience in your logbook to ensure compliance with Seta and your learning institution reporting
Proactively report on any formal institutional requirement or training sessions
Willing to learn on how to translate your theoretical learning into practice
Perform all tasks communicated and required
