QA Engineer (Data Products) (Senior)

Our client is looking for a Senior QA Engineer specialising in Data Products to ensure the quality reliability and performance of enterprise data platforms and analytics solutions. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced quality assurance professional with expertise in validating data pipelines APIs machine learning outputs and enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test strategies for enterprise data products.
• Validate data accuracy transformations and business rules.
• Perform functional integration regression and performance testing.
• Test APIs dashboards data pipelines and analytics platforms.
• Collaborate with developers engineers and business stakeholders.
• Automate testing where appropriate to improve delivery efficiency.
• Identify defects support root cause analysis and verify resolutions.
• Contribute to quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
• 10 years experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience testing enterprise data platforms and APIs.
• Strong understanding of SQL and data validation techniques.
• Experience with automated testing tools and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Advantageous

• Experience testing cloud-native applications.
• Knowledge of Azure Databricks or enterprise analytics platforms.
• ISTQB or similar QA certification.
• Experience with performance and load testing.
