Are you a results driven Project Manager with a passion for innovation and engineering We are looking for a proactive professional to lead the delivery of research development and special projects working closely with multidisciplinary teams to transform ideas into market-ready solutions.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage R&D prototyping and special projects from concept through to completion
- Develop project plans monitor progress manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time
- Collaborate with engineering design procurement and construction teams to drive successful project execution
- Coordinate local and international procurement supplier relationships and material sourcing
- Drive cost optimisation and value engineering to improve product competitiveness
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies
- Prepare clear project updates and reports for key stakeholders and senior management
- Support strategic business initiatives and cross-functional projects as required
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years project management experience
- Proven experience managing cross-functional projects from planning to delivery
- Strong financial and commercial skills including budgeting cost control and value engineering
- Experience with local and international procurement and supplier management.
- Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project CCS
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptable organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Qualification:
- NDip/ BTech/ BEng Civil Engineering Construction Management
- Project Management certification (PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent) is advantageous.
