Project Manager (PMO)

• Lead the planning governance and delivery of strategic projects across the business.
• Manage the project portfolio ensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and aligned with business objectives.
• Develop and implement project management methodologies standards templates and governance frameworks.
• Monitor project performance risks budgets and resource allocation to support successful project delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Prepare executive and management reports dashboards and project performance updates.
• Conduct project reviews risk assessments and post-implementation evaluations to measure project success.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Grade 12
• Degree in Mining Engineering/Project Management/Business Administration or related
• Minimum 8 - 10 years experience in project management strategy or operational improvement
• Proven experience managing a PMO or complex portfolio of projects
• Demonstrated success in leading business improvement initiatives.
• Valid Drivers License

• Salary: R1.2mil - R1.3mil P/A
• Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable)
