Job Summary
- Plan execute and deliver projects from initiation through to completion
- Track progress manage deadlines and ensure alignment with scope and budget
- Gather and analyse business requirements facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement
- Translate business needs into clear project documentation (e.g. scope process maps UAT plans)
- Lead project teams and collaborate with internal departments and external vendors
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project updates risks and outcomes
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Maintain high-quality standards across all project deliverables
- Drive process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives
- Produce regular reporting and maintain comprehensive project documentation
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration Project Management or related field
- 35 years experience in a similar role
- PMP PRINCE II or equivalent certification (advantageous)
- Proven experience managing projects end-to-end
- Strong business analysis and problem-solving capability
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile Waterfall)
- Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook)
- Exposure to process improvement and systems optimisation
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong relationship-building ability
- Highly organised deadline-driven and detail-oriented

Required Skills:
Functional/Technical Proven experience managing projects end-to-end from initiation through to close-out. Strong business analysis skills including providing end-user training. Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather interpret and present information clearly. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable technical solutions. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Waterfall) and project tracking tools. Solid organisational skills attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel Outlook). Strong focus on systems and process improvements Leadership/Behavioural Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder interaction at all levels. Good relationship-building and interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills and deadline driven.
Required Education:
